This might explain a little more about the unlawful Az. law.

Now the AZ. school board wants to get rid of teachers with a [heavy Spanish accent].

I loved today's Doonesbury; the Toggle & Alex storyline is getting better all the time.

The "Africa is alive and well in New Orleans" video was amazing!

To add to RZ's news item, the AZ legislature has also passed a bill designed to eliminate ethnic studies programs in AZ high schools. Looks like the powers that be in AZ want everything as vanilla as possible in their state. How very American of them!

I like the Dutch alleyway

RZ: Why am I not surprised to find out that some Washington right wing group is pulling the strings. And Russell Pearce is their willing puppet.

Roy: Alex-Toggle has become a very warm story line. I get a kick out of the tug-of-war between Alex and his mother.

The latest Arizona bill is more Republican hypocrisy: They're all for local control until their against it. I like Linda Lopez' style!

That video is amazing, and the blog is really good. Apparently, she second-lines every week and films with her iPhone. She holds her hand still or something, because her iPhone video isn't as shaky as you normally see.

NM: I hope you get to New Orleans some day!

Last week the Mayday demonstration was going to be small. Arizona changed that, and a few thousand marched.

The oil spill is another blow to Louisiana.
