In Memoriam

To honor the memory of Megan Kinsella, there are no funnies this week. Our family knew Megan well, and all of our thoughts and prayers go out to her family in the hope of easing their terrible pain, however slightly.

So very sad, she was so young! I guess the only good thing that can be said is that she died doing something that she loved. My thoughts and prayers will certainly be her family and friends.

I am sorry and saddened to hear such tragic news regarding as vibrant a young person as I read about in the link. Our family cruise ended when we checked messages to learn that my brother in law had died of a heart attack quite unexpectedly. I am feeling the grief and will keep Megan, her family, you and yours in my prayers. Do Irish names get any more lovely than Megan Kinsella ? Peace my friend.

It is indeed a lovely name. And someone only called her Kin-SELL-a once: Megan was very particular about the proper Irish pronunciation of KIN-sell-a.
