As always, click to enlarge...This morning, Verizon put me on hold for 40 minutes so that a technician could tell me that there was an internet outage in my area. Why they couldn't have accomplished that in a simple voice message that would have been so much easier and more convenient for their customers...oh, I get it. Anyway, I know that many, many of my thousands of reader build their Sunday around the Sunday Funnies and Arts, so allow me to apologize for their lateness on behalf of Verizon...
Re Obama nominating Hillary Clinton to the Supreme Court, when running for president she certainly tacked to the middle and trimmed on the Iraq war. The latter is why I could not support her. But free her from the hurly burly of everyday politics with a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court and I believe that we'd be getting the author of It Takes a Village...

I agree with you there, K., re: Hillary. And it's going to be an interesting road, depending on what size fight Obama is up for.
